AllRev is a desktop app for macOS and Windows that reads your payment providers — Stripe, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, Polar, Gumroad, RevenueCat and Dodo Payments — into one local, encrypted dashboard. There is no AllRev account, and no server of ours holds your keys or your numbers.

Seven providers, one dashboard

Each connection is a read-only key you create yourself, with the exact permissions listed tick by tick. Per-provider setup guides. Shopify, WooCommerce, Creem and ThriveCart are on the v1.1 list.

How it works

Connect a provider

Paste a read-only key from your payment provider. AllRev walks you through making one — the exact permissions, named as the provider names them — and refuses keys that could move money, like a Stripe secret key.
It syncs to your machine

The first sync backfills about 12 months; after that AllRev refreshes every five minutes by default (stretchable to an hour). Everything lands in one SQLCipher-encrypted database on your disk. Nothing is uploaded, by AllRev or anyone else.
Read the dashboard

Totals per currency, a revenue calendar, the order timeline, your subscribers, sales by country — and manual entries for money that arrives outside these providers, which counts alongside the rest.

What the dashboard shows

Totals per currency. Net, gross, tax collected and refunds for any date range, grouped by currency with period-over-period deltas — several providers settle in several currencies, so there are several honest numbers, not one converted one.
Subscriptions. Active, trialing, past due, cancelling and paused counts; new, churned and churn rate over the range.
Revenue calendar. Day-by-day revenue as per-currency small multiples, so the shape of the month is visible at a glance.
Order timeline. Every synced transaction, with customer counts and new-customers figures alongside.
Subscribers list. Filter by status or expiring-soon, search by name — paged straight from the local ledger.
Country map. A 2D choropleth of sales by customer country — deliberately not a 3D globe; a tray-resident app does not need one spinning.
Manual entries. Log income that never touched a payment provider — direct invoices, sponsorships, cash — inside any range, editable and deletable like anything else.
Account comparison. One card per connected account plus the manual slice, side by side.

AllRev shows what your providers report. Where a provider does not report per-transaction fees — Lemon Squeezy, Polar and Dodo Payments — the dashboard says so instead of quietly treating them as zero, and net there means gross minus tax minus refunds. Where a provider reports no customer country, those sales are absent from the map rather than counted as “unknown”.

Questions people actually ask

Does it work offline?

The dashboard reads a local database, so it opens and works with no connection — it just shows numbers as of the last sync, and says so. Syncing resumes when you are back online.

The licence needs to check in periodically — every couple of weeks. A machine that stays offline for more than 30 days switches AllRev to read-only mode: dashboard visible, syncing paused, until it can reach the licence service again.

What happens when my 12 months of updates run out?

Nothing stops. AllRev keeps running and keeps syncing — you just stop receiving new versions. The update service serves you the last version your licence covers, for as long as the app exists.

If you want the next 12 months of updates, renew for $29. If you never do, the copy you have is yours to keep.

Where do my API keys live?

In your operating system's keychain — Keychain on macOS, Credential Manager on Windows — sealed next to the key that encrypts the database itself. Never in a plain-text file, never in a log, and never sent to any AllRev host: neither of our two requests has a field a key could travel in.

To cut AllRev off from a provider, revoke the key in that provider's dashboard. Nothing else about the account changes.

What happens if I ask for a refund?

Paddle processes the refund, and the licence is revoked the next time the app checks in — a refunded licence stops activating devices. Your local database stays on your disk until you delete it yourself. If a revocation is ever a surprise, email support and quote the last four characters of the key — never the whole key.

Why are totals per currency, not one number?

Because converting would mean asking a third party for exchange rates — and telling it when you are looking at your revenue. AllRev groups by currency and shows one row per currency. An optional FX conversion with a source you choose is on the post-v1 list.

What does AllRev send anywhere?

Nothing about your revenue. The app contacts the providers you connected, read-only, plus two small services of ours — a licence check and an update notice. The complete list of hosts, with what each is and is not told, is on the privacy page; the same list is compiled into the app and shown there too.
